If there’s one thing I know for sure, it’s that most women are not getting the proper care and guidance they need when it comes to their health.

Too often, symptoms like fatigue, anxiety, bloating, low mood, or hormonal imbalance are dismissed as “normal,” and women are left feeling unheard and unsure of what’s really going on in their bodies. The truth is, most conventional approaches focus on symptom management instead of true restoration — and that’s where so many women get stuck.

In my experience, deep healing requires looking beyond surface-level fixes. Imbalanced minerals, sluggish detox pathways, poor digestion, and stress-related depletion can all affect how your body functions and how you feel day to day. Your internal terrain shapes everything — from your hormones and metabolism to your mood and energy levels.

That’s why my work focuses on rebuilding the foundations: mineral balance, digestion and nutrient absorption, detoxification, metabolism, and cellular health. When the foundations are supported the body finds its way.

With over ten years of experience in holistic health, I use functional testing, personalized nutrition, herbal medicine, and lifestyle guidance to help women restore balance and reconnect with their vitality.

Through this work, I’ve had the privilege of helping many women regain their energy, find their calm, and truly connect with their bodies — often for the first time in years!

My goal is to empower women with lasting tools and knowledge to feel grounded, resilient, and confident in their own health for years to come. I don’t offer quick fixes — I offer education, guidance, and a path to long-term well-being.

My Healing Philosophies
With nearly 10 years of experience in holistic health, I’ve gained a deep understanding of some of the key aspects for healing:
1. Everything is Connected:
Your body is an ecosystem where each element contributes to achieve balance. Your insomnia, gut issues, hormones, metabolism, mental well-being and energy levels are all connected and affect each other. Diet, daily habits and mindset play a big role in either improving or getting in the way of health. Additionally, your environment, the people close to you, and the social systems you’re part of also shape your wellbeing. Nothing functions in isolation.

2. True Health isn't Found in a Pill
I do not aim to replace pharmaceutical medications with herbs and supplements for long term use. Instead, I focus on rebuilding the foundations needed for health and resilience so that supplements are only used when really needed and for a short period of time. The exception to the rule is some of my favorite deeply nourishing herbs that function more like food within the body and offer bioavailable nutrients that can contribute to quality of life and longevity.

3. We are All Different and Data is Important
When we take a root-cause approach to identify the true sources of imbalance, rather than just masking symptoms, data becomes essential. Bloodwork, functional testing, and a thorough intake and assessment provide valuable insights that guide a holistic practitioner in creating a personalized plan for lasting results. Each person is unique, and even when two individuals experience similar symptoms, the underlying causes may differ. A one-size-fits-all approach simply doesn’t work.
